News of the death of Amy Winehouse is currently spreading all over media land and whilst some are of the opinion that it’s not such a surprise, Popped Music would like to say that it doesn’t matter if you thought it was bound to happen or not, after all isn’t everyone going to die anyway, but Amy Winehouse was a young woman who had such a huge talent and still so much more potentially to give. So regardless of your like or dislike for her music, or dislike of her lifestyle she still deserves to be credited for the amazing and wonderful music that she gave to the world and how amazing she was to see play live. She has had a real impact on many people with her music and this tribute to her has a focus on just that; her legacy, her music.
RIP Amy Winehouse. Gone but not forgotten. A part of her soul will live on always when her music is played.
