It should be of little surprise to you all, by now, that we pick Waylayers for video of the day because we’ve been featuring them on and off for years now. It’s even more of a pleasure to give them this because the video for single S.O.S is based on one of my favourite films of recent times; Drive.
Waylayers have worked on this music video with Director Alex Brown (who also directed the bands previous video, Magnets. He has also worked with the likes of The Maccabees, James Blake, Carl Barat and we’d like to keep it a secret but we can’t, he worked with One Direction (OK quit squirming/screaming now).
S.O.S is taken from the band’s forthcoming EP, Fault Lines, which is due for release in mid June.
