Just Watch: Mono Club – Memory Critical

I have to admit that I haven’t really got the foggiest what is going on in the video for Memory Critical from Mono Club, but what I do know is this is a damn fine tune. The children’s cheer that opens it, a really attention grabbing beginning. The thing that gets me the most though is the harmonies – I’m an absolute sucker for harmonies. There’s also some crunchy percussion going on, can’t say I’ve ever described percussion as crunchy before, but give this a go and you’ll see what I mean. Fabulous stuff – arty and fun. Keen to see what comes next.
