In one go, Dead Nature (a.k.a. Tarek Musa) released a new single ‘Hurricane’ alongside the announcement of his debut album ‘Watch Me Break Apart’, and I am ecstatic! I’ve always loved Tarek’s solo project Dead Nature since hearing the debut E.P ‘Taking My Shadow’, and ‘Hurricane’ just makes me love his sound even more.
The fast-paced, tight drum beats, and intoxicating melodies leave you craving being in the midst of a sweaty mosh pit with this track bursting from the speakers. It’s the epitome of anthemic – there’s no other way to listen to it other than with the volume full blast. Just watch me break apart at the sheer talent Tarek shows in both his songwriting and production; we’re all in for a treat when that debut album drops!
