Foals make their much anticipated return with brand new material in the shape of new single What Went Down. The return sees a slight shift in sounds from their most recent work. Rather than their usual math rock guitars and angular summery soundscape, this throws up more of a filthy rock n roll guitar , bent full of dirty scuzzy sounds with everyone channelling their inner Iggy Pop and The Stooges.
What Went Down is taken from the forthcoming album of the same name, due for release August 28th.
