Pleasure Beach

The pulsating beat at the start of Pleasure Beach’s latest track Go somehow totally manages to catch my attention every time it comes on. Music is always playing and I often find myself aimlessly singing along or it’s not quite grabbing me but that start really damn does. From that point onwards they just pick me up and give me a good damn shake. They whiz through and before I know it’s over. There seems to be a lot of slow shoegazy efforts landing in my inbox and while I can happily flail my arms around and stare at my feet while shuffling around to this it’s got real punch and movement to it and that pulsating noise makes an appearance mid way too, just to make sure they still have my attention. They do.
