Despite only being in their teens, Brighton four-piece High Tyde already have a remarkably extensive back catalogue to their name – their newest single, One Bullet, is their eighth such release, although most of those were much lower-profile affairs.
The fact that the band has that experience of recording shows though, as One Bullet is a powerful, energetic rock number, driven by sharp guitar lines and a featuring a snarled vocal which belies the young age of its owner. As an introduction to the band, this is a very impressive offering and with a headline tour commencing at the end of this month, marks High Tyde’s name as being one to watch.
