Introducing: Raquels

Raquels

Reece Baker -Vocals & guitar,  Stuart Mount – Bass & Vocals, James Gonzalves – Guitar & Vocals and Zak Ballinger – Drums are the four components to Basildon bassed band Raquels.  As yet they have not released anything but came to our attention and they seem like worthy of it too.

Having already played several times at Mat Horne’s Sessions club night in London’s Queen Of Hoxton the band are set to return to play there again on November 19th. They also have a Chelmsford date on the 23rd September at Hooga.

The band are currently writing new material and hope to work with ex Libertines drummer Gary Powell on their debut EP. For the time being Raquels have made available their demo for the track Turn In.
