Introducing: Tsar Bomba – Early Bird Special

Tsar Bomba

tsar bombaIt’s one week shy of being the 1st year anniversary of this band’s first ever gig, and the reason I know that is because I was the one who booked them for it. Since then Tsar Bomba have been keeping themselves pretty much to themselves working hard on their sound and only giving little hints at what it is we can expect from their debut EP Bastard Behind The Eyes, which is out in November 2014.

Alex Somerville (Lead Vocals and Rhythm Guitar), Harry Hoyle (Lead Guitar and Backing Vocals), Harrison Galliven (Bass Guitar) and Nicholas Stamper (Drums) are the four young lads who make up this enigmatic lineup.  There is little about the band out there, all I know is they come from Epsom, Surrey and they  make great garage infused rock n roll sounds. Since their debut gig they’ve since played the now legendary New Slang, their local club night, as well as a host of venues across London and I’d put money on them making some waves across the UK in 2015.
