Young Lovers is taken from Whitecliff’s upcoming EP of the same name, due for release on 2nd of Ocotober. I’m always honest and so I don’t have a problem admitting that the first few bars of this indie smasher didn’t really do anything for me. There was nothing immediately arresting but by the time I’d got to the end they had more than won me over. Perfect jaunty guitar riffs and melodies so easy to dance too but it was that high falsetto which came in out of no where and ripped right into my conciousness.
