Social media went crazy at the announcement of Two Door Cinema Club’s new single Are You Ready? (Wreck), their first release since their 2013 Changing of the Seasons EP. It’s psychedelic, indie-pop with fast-paced guitar riffs, up-beat synths and complimentary vocals. The tracks builds up from soft, twinkling verses to a dramatic, contrasting chorus with calm backing vocals repeating ‘na na na’. You cant resist singing along to the fun, catchy lyrics.
Are You Ready? (Wreck) is taken from the band’s forthcoming album, Gameshow, out on October 14th.
