Leeds band Marsicans have literally only  just yesterday signed their first record deal with Manchester indie label Lab Records and they already present us with their new single – Friends. The single features the bands trademark guitar indie – it’s a classic mix of uptempo beats and staccato guitars and a heady mix of harmonies, which all leads up to a chorus you will just need to jump around to when you see them play live.

Speaking of playing live – We’re also thrilled to announce that Marsicans will be on the Popped Music stage on the 31st March at this year’s Threshold Festival in Liverpool.
