Hey Bruno! No not you Mr Mars, there’s a new Bruno on the block. His name is Bruno Major. He is someone I have been keeping an ear out for since the turn of the year when I heard his track The First Thing You See and was impressed. Now he’s back with the latest in series of monthly releases, Second Time. It starts off low-key before the beat and harmony vocals kick in, oh what a joy. It’s a delicous slice of subtle electronic folk, mxing the leftfield elements of James Blake and Jamie Woon with the more mainstream Jack Johnson laidback vocal delivery. It has been recorded and produced in the last 4 weeks since the release of the brilliant Just the Same. One to watch I think!
