Just Listen: The Pale White: Loveless (Acoustic)

The Pale White

Words: Samantha Sadler

As a big fan of upcoming North East musical talent, especially anything indie, I was shocked that I hadn’t yet heard of The Pale White.

Already making waves across the UK, the indie rockers are currently planning a headline tour following impressive support slots with the likes of The Libertines and Twin Atlantic.

Taking a break from the rowdiness of their usual attitude-laden British rock, the Newcastle trio have recorded a gorgeous live acoustic version of latest single Loveless.

Dripping with bluesy-vibes, Adam Hope croons over the cheerful twang of a stripped-back guitar as he reflects on a past love. Lyrics from the chorus melt together in a tongue twister-style amalgamation as hope begs the question – “there’s no love left, was there ever any?”

Perfect for a lazy summer day, this is a track you don’t want to leave off your next playlist.
