Tickets are £39.50 and available to buy here.
On 2nd June, more than 200 acts ranging from genres featuring hefty doses of brit rock-pop to thicker-than-thick slabs of metal will once again invade the much-loved concrete jungle that is Camden Town.
Featuring big bands with long-established followings to small bands only starting out, Camden Rocks has an eclectic and enticing line-up that promises to be yet another vibrant and exciting year for all! This is the first time Popped Music are covering the festival, so we’ll be soaking up the atmosphere on the day.
However, there is a dilemma, where does 1 punter start? After all, you’ve only got 1 day to try and fit in all the bands you want to catch a glimpse of. This will no doubt lead to creating an electric if not somewhat frantic atmosphere as crowds will be pogoing to and from the 20 plus venues on offer to witness a vast array of acts that is the equivalent of a musical juggernaut!
The wristband exchange will be at the World’s End Pub, which will help you to get your bearings and free programmes will be available too for all. The venues will stretch all the way from Mornington Crescent up past Chalk Farm station and Kentish Town so you will take in pretty much all the sounds, sights and smells that Camden Town has to offer! What more could any muso want from a day festival?

Bryde
Kicking off with one of Popped’s favourite artists at the moment, Bryde and her captivating brand of atmospheric and dynamic indie-rock will be a treat for all. She has one of the best voices around – check out this video link if you don’t believe me!

Another favourite band of ours comes in the musically tasty form of the trio Berries. They really work up a coherent and contagious concoction of alternative-rock. Their relentless riffs will be impressing all at Camden Rocks without a doubt.
