Just Watch: October Drift – Losing My Touch

October Drift – Losing My Touch

Words: Amy Butcher

Upon learning October Drift had brought out new single Losing My Touch, I desperately grabbed my headphones to take a listen. After listening god knows how many times, I came to the conclusion this was their best single yet.

Instantly enveloped in gut wrenching guitar riffs, impactful drum beats and the serene “ooooh’s” – October Drift proved they are another strong band making waves in music at the moment. You can tell in this song they paid close attention and focused more on the instruments and how they’re intertwined with each other throughout the track.

I could even compare their anthemic chorus, filled with epic guitar melodies and insane bass lines, to an early Biffy Clyro. From their clever songwriting, its obvious October Drift are meant for huge success and I can’t wait to sit back and watch it happen.
