Just Watch: Zuzu – What You Want

ZUZU –  What You Want

Words: Ashleigh O’Neill

I would consider Zuzu to be this years ‘One to Watch artist’ (even though popped have been watching her for years now), with her unique style and sound, and her new ‘What You Want’ really confirms that status. The fast-paced, emotive and exciting single is everything that I expected from the Liverpudlian pop queen. The catchy guitar riffs and melodic vocals, make it the perfect indie-pop track, no wonder she has been capturing the attention of fans and radio shows alike. The track has been long awaited for fans since her first single ‘Get Off’ that was released last year, however, it was definitely worth the wait. Having been touring and supporting huge acts such as The Courteeners over the past year, her success is certain to continue and continue to grow.
