American psych-pop band Kid Bloom have released their third single, titled Lately It Feels Alright, taken from their upcoming debut EP A Different State Of Mind. Distorted guitars and a keyboard driven beat draws immediate comparisons to Tame Impala’s psychedelic-pop sounds. Although the song doesn’t seem to go anywhere, hazy, infectious riffs and silky, smooth vocals leave no room for frills and trimmings. Psychedelic synths and off-beat guitars are Kid Bloom’s combination for a perfect, indie-pop gem, nothing else is need to make an instant crowd pleaser.
