They say age is just a number, but when that number is 16 and you’re listening to a song such as Turn Over by Pip Hall, you surely have to think… shiiiit that’s not just any number when the talent is as good as this. Hall presents edgy ambient pop in sound but there’s more to it than that, there’s an intelligence and a softness that glistens and shimmers. Catch it in the right light and the future is looking, well, pretty darn bright for young Miss Hall.
