Annabel Allum – Sofa Song

After having a successful festival season by playing Reading Festival and Brighton’s notorious The Great Escape Festival, Annabel Allum has released her fresh and raw single, ‘Sofa Song’, whilst announcing a UK tour which consists of 12 dates, from London to Glasgow.

In her new track, dry and monotone sounds intertwine with the small punching beats and raw emotion – it works together to make a fascinating tune that creates a whirlwind of noises towards the end. Her music has become her identity where she is fixating on her feelings, keeping her songs easy to listen to. Allum has a fascinating style, it’s something exhilarating and she’s constantly evolving and experimenting. ‘Sofa Song’, for example is the opposite of older projects such as ‘Tricks.’ Annabel is here to stay and I can’t wait.
